 Numeracy

 Here are some of my results on maths buddy.  

In maths I have been learning to do long multiplication and long division at my dads work. I found it hard to do long division at my dads work.

Maths Reflection T4 W4

Maths

This week I did some problem shoving and I did more and here is a photo of one and it was so much fun . I learnt more about problem shoving and how to do it and here is an example of problem shoving 2x2=4 1+2=3 and the total is 7.

For numeracy me and James worked on the kitchen floor for numeracy and I found it fun to do for it we did position and orientation for it

Numeracy

In numeracy I have been leaning to do fractions. I needed to do fractions on a slide. I needed to explain what fractions were in a slide. I found it fun to do. Next time I will do harder fraction questions.

Maths 

For numeracy a new skill I learnt was that I now know how to do mixed fractions an example of a mixed fractions is 3/2. The most interesting thing I learnt was learning how to do mixed fractions.

Speech

I have been learning to do a speech now I am going to do one next term on week 5.

Top pooch

For top pooch me and 2 other  people needed to choose a pet to do and I did a staffy and I like staffys so

much now.

  PREP

For prep I went in to a group I went into the sling shots group and I liked the group that I was in we made sling shots target am o packs and also we made balloon buds.

I will tall you what prep is prep is. For prep you choose a group to be in then you have to work to center to make the product you choose to do then there is a mini market and a big market.

Week 8 Reflection

Numeracy

For numeracy I did 5, 4, 6 times tables this is how I worked some 4 times tables- I use 5 times tables to work them out  to do some of my own problems.

           Writing

For writing I needed to know when to start a new paragraph I found the right places to put a paragraph in a story.

Reading 

For reading I did a padlet and put the things that I put in to retell the story and I found it fun to do a padlet. I liked watching this video  Retelling a Story  this is where I got these 5 words.

We needed to update ore show not tell. I have put my writing into paragraphs!

                                 Writing 

   For writing I did a screencast on a show not tall I needed to not put scared and angry words in the writing.

                                     

                                                   Numeracy 

For numeracy I needed to work out  2 x 3 x 4 x 5 x times  tables.

                                           Reading 

For reading I needed to retell the book.The book was Octo puppy and put where,who,what and why.

Week 6 Reflection T2

                                         Numeracy

For numeracy I was learning how to do reversibility to solve subtraction problems and we did a screen castify. I found it fun to do.     

    

                                   Writing

For writing I did an article of my own I did won about Pokemon for my article and it was fun to do for writing. I found it so much fun to do the article. 

                                                           Literacy 

For literacy I was learning to do a list of words. I needed to sound out in the article was the super storm that happen. In Australia and know what spiel out I found it a bit hard to now what to do.  
    

Shanty Town

This week wee whet up to room 10 to see 2 people from shanty town and it was fun to see what it was like a lot of years a go. 

W5 Reflection

Numeracy

For numeracy I was learning to do ordering whole numbers to 1000. I like it because it was fun to order numbers. I have also been learning how to take away using tens and ones.

Writing 

For writing I did an article about Charlotte's web. It was I bit hard to do it because I chose a hard character to do.

                                                            Reading

For reading I have been learning how to use all the sounds in the words to help us decode. This means I will be able to sound out the beginning and middle and end sounds. 

Reflection Week 4

Numeracy  

In numeracy I am learning how to solve change unknown problems jumping in 10,20, 30, etc.
I am learning to do a screencastify. I am doing really good at doing a screencastify.




Writing
In Writing we have done a  article abut Charlotte's web
for writing  we wrote an article

Fern is an 8 year old girl she has a friend  pig the pigs name is could willba Fern has something special about her she can tork to animals and no one else can do that.

Reading
I am learning to use begging and ending sounds
